Ivan has lived in and around Chicago his entire life, currently residing in Lincoln Park. He has developed an intimate knowledge of the streets and neighborhoods from Hyde Park to Rogers Park from a cyclist's perspective. Ivan competed as both an amateur road racer and mountain biker and is involved with the Active Transportation Alliance, a biking and pedestrian advocacy group.
Ivan is a long time supporter of the Arts. He belongs to many Arts and Cultural organizations including the Art Institute of Chicago and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, for many years Ivan worked in retail, and has also owned his own business. Clients benefit from the fact that his number one priority has always been customer satisfaction.

Ivan is an avid sailor and active in the Chicago sailing scene. He and his crew are competing in the 2010 Leukemia Cup Regatta, a fundraiser for blood cancer treatment and research.
